I dont know why people here underrate him so much - He is a good defender.. It is just he didnt reach the greatness he was expected to reach..
I think 30M is a fair price for him but I`d be tempted to see us sell with % on sell on fee as prices should inflate and he would probably start and increase his reputation elsewhere..

No, it's fair only for us and Roma will never accept that. Higgy right now with his age and salary worths no more than 20M. And no clubs without inflated exchange (like Spizza-Pellegrini deal) will spend more than 25M for Rugani. So if we are lucky as Roma can persuade Higgy and Rugani to join them, the fair deal will be Zaniolo = 10M + Higuain + Rugani, with inflated value of course

Sounds very uncertain about his future and that they are uncertain (so shortly after a renewal) makes me think he is on the chopping block.
