mistake signing Ronaldo? Please note that he hasn't played with half of these guys in pre-season, yet he could have had a couple goals already with a little more luck and and precision. That shot in the match against Lazio that the keeper tipped over the bar is 95% of the cases a goal, and the tap-in was a 99%. This guy is still going to score to the very least 25+ in serie A and is still the best player in the world.

Portugal and Juventus star Cristiano Ronaldo is not going to play against Italy on the 10th of September, La Gazzettadello Sport reports. The former Real Madrid star has reportedly refused to play both against Croatia and Italy in the upcoming Nations League ties that will be played during the International break. Italy are due to face Portugal in Lisbon on the 10th of September but Ronaldo will not take part to the game.

Ronaldo prefers to remain in Turin to train for Juventus and he has already taken his decision. One week after the International break, in fact, the Old Lady will make her Champions League debut this season and the Portuguese wants to be 100% fit and ready to play in the competition that Juve fans have been dreaming of winning for the last 22 years.

don't understand the obsession with him scoring, it's been 2 games lol. it's not like he's missing tap-ins left and right or that we're dropping points because of him choking, people freaking about him not scoring must've expected like hattrick every game lol

:agree: CR7 will get his and maybe not as many like at RM but he appears so dedicated to winning (especially a CL title for Juve) that it won't bother him. Needs a goal this week just so the press can stop constantly discussing not scoring yet and move on.

He will be for sure.

Read this on FI

Cristiano Ronaldo will reportedly skip Portugal’s Nations League match against Italy as his focus is on Juventus.

According to ItaSportPress, Ronaldo believes it is 'more important’ to concentrate on Juve, who are his 'priority’ right now.

The 33-year-old has failed to score in his opening two Serie A appearances for the Bianconeri, and the website explains he will use the international break to 'better integrate himself’ into his new club.

Consequently, Portugal’s all-time top goalscorer and captain should miss the clash with Italy on September 10, as well as his country’s friendly against World Cup runners-up Croatia four days before.
Doubt that would ever happen though. Sounds like a load of BS

Exactly. Two friggin games. I know it's Ronaldo and he averages a goal a game, but it's funny.

What a long wait it has been, one wonders if we’ve made a huge mistake.
I've never read a good article written by this guy.
