In Italy it’s obligated to work with a Green Pass from the 15th of this month. Who doesnt take the vaccine, is obligated to take a test every few days and pay for it.

Basically you’ve lost the integrity of your own body there. Some of my family members took the vaccine now, because they simple don’t have a choice. Testing a few times a week consumes to much of their salaries.
That was France months ago. Haven't you been paying attention?

It's been possible but mighty inconvenient to function in France without a vaccine. But then that is still a choice.

If a choice isn’t available to everyone in society (in this case due to carrying a financial burden that not everyone can sustain) is it really free or fair?

In my opinion it isn't, but this is norm rather than the exception in our "free" societies (where more wealth correlates to more freedom).
The freedom to take greater risks to public health has consequences. There are no free rides for everybody.

People who go to a shared workplace passing tests (though don't get me started on vaccines as a lame proxy) should have the freedom to exclude those unwilling to do the same for the sake of their own collective health concerns. You're otherwise denying people of that freedom and saying nobody has a right to safer spaces and, well, buildings should stay closed longer for everybody.

Btw you also need to do QR scan before entering food shop and I think all other places (I know betting places are included).

After this becomes normal, since plenty find it normla, we'll see it become a new thing. That conspiracy that everyone thought to be exaggered will happen daily everywhere.
Nah. For about 3 weeks Portugal implemented Covid test apps with QR code scans to allow people to eat indoors. But then the health metrics changed as our vaccination rates rose and infection rates dropped, and now nobody needs to check anymore. You do this right and it's only a temporary measure to open some things sooner.

Because I only know this much, that raises a question for me. We seem to be acting on the rumored decline of vaccine efficacy as if after x months your immune system goes to sleep on autopilot, like a Tesla waiting for a parked emergency vehicle.

But shouldn't your own personal exposure to other infected people -- and hey it is literally in the air everywhere now -- invoke an immune reaction exercising the natural production of the appropriate antibodies? If so, why doesn't your own antibody production have similar effects to receiving a vaccine?

These booster shots are being framed as if your body slowly forgets how to produce the antibodies whether you are exposed to COVID or not, which doesn't really add up for me.

it’s also odd to me because there are several companies with antiviral medication in the late stages of testing hoping to get full approval in the next few months, including phizer

You're an idiot who loves conspiracy theories, nobody would want that, that is insane, people would riot.

Yet they all find it normal now.
If you have nothing better to do and want to read more conspiracy theories check out this article from March 2020. Amazing how prescient it is, never mind that the report it was based around was completely alarmist and turned out to be BS - https://www.technologyreview.com/2020/03/17/905264/coronavirus-pandemic-social-distancing-18-months/

"We’ll adapt to and accept such measures, much as we’ve adapted to increasingly stringent airport security screenings in the wake of terrorist attacks. The intrusive surveillance will be considered a small price to pay for the basic freedom to be with other people."

The welfare of humanity is always the alibi of tyrants.

“…in some ways forever.”

For fooks sake, MIT Tech Review, you’re falling for the paranoid alarmist fear porn narrative too.

We’ve been through all this before and way worse in 1918. But you know why nobody remembered crap about it until last year? Because we moved on and forgot all about it.

There’s nothing about Covid that tells me we won’t do the same in the future.

The irony of your side decrying fear porn is something else i have to say.

If you think we are ever going back to the pre covid world you are really naive my friend.
Nah. People have the memory of gnats about this stuff. This has been proven throughout history, which is why some thought a pandemic was unthinkable… and yet entirely predictable at the same time.

There are people whining about how they’ve forgotten how to socialize with other humans or how to put on pants again. F them. Roadkill. Get over yourselves. Everyone will have moved on soon enough.

Who cares about people, i am talking about things you accepted because we were going through "extraordinary" times, that shit not going anywhere. There very much is a NWO.

I don’t see that happening. People are going to forget. I know some people think some dystopian future of QR codes to eat in an Olive Garden, but that’s nonsense.

Vaccine mandates aren’t unprecedented. Mask mandates aren’t unprecedented. Even lockdowns aren’t unprecedented. And I don’t just mean the Tsarnev brothers out on the lam in Boston in 2013 but 14th century Venice. Just everybody with their goldfish memories of history thinks this is all novel.

For two years been wondering what are the reasons/logic behind intense dislike for masks, how it in anyway impedes on freedom cos I can still hear you, finally found them

Serious question though, and I'm late with this, but what's the actual reason behind dislike for masks?

Here I just hear freedom but that makes no sense. It's just some fabric over your mouth and nose. You can go about doing whatever you're doing just the same. Freedom of being able to show your veneers?

I crack up at the thought of these people doing research.

They walk into their own private, state of the art laboratory. A heavy sigh departs their mouth as they think of the long hours ahead. It wouldn’t be so bad if they didn’t have to gown up in a lab suit with an air pump and head gear, much like that of an astronaut.

oh wait, no they just sit in their Cheeto debris ridden bed and go on Facebook

That's how kids be, they're grown ups.

Illness, possible death (a lot of them are obese), spreading disease to vulnerable population, prolonging the pandemic and economic hardships vs hey YoU cAn'T teLl me wHaT to Doo.

Half the world is that stupid and you wonder why aliens never contact us.
