Literally how is this legal? In Hamburg (Germany) communists in charge made it optional for gastronomy to choose whether or not they allow in nojabs. Which is already causing a shitstorm of epic proportions and could be shutdown by courts. Unthinkable to go further although the attempt wouldn't be surprising. Asking money for covid testing which is already paid for by the taxplayer seems antidemocratic enough.

The DOJ says it's legal as long as there are exemptions for religious beliefs and disabilities.

Religious exemptions are bullshit. Not to mention churches don’t pay tax either
