5-10 years ago there weren't many Chinese here (tourists, as there were small businesses, cheap shops etc.). But nowadays the place is crawling with them, it's incredible, they are on every step in the city.
But there is also a geographical component to that. There are a lot of black people in large cities. Large cities are difficult to social distance in. And younger populations in the cities are more likely to disobey stay at home orders.

1. Asian peeps
2. Russian peeps
3. British peeps
Asian peeps (nobody can tell if they are from China, Japan or where, that's why I just call them all Asian) just don't know how to behave. Russian and British peeps are just arrogant pricks.
