Alan Merrill, the veteran rocker who wrote Joan Jett’s “I Love Rock and Roll,” has died from the virus. He was 69 years old and died quickly.

Trump admin doing the important work lately, adding a new round of sanctions on Iran last week, and making sure they can’t buy ventilators and other desperately needed medical supplies to combat the pandemic there, because ya know, that would be very dangerous for American interests in the Middle East... 
While Iran clearly hasn’t done itself any favours here, or responded to this pandemic adequately at all, fuck the Trump administration for this. Pieces of shit.

So you are cheerleading the mass deaths of Iranian citizens due to Iran being unable to purchase ventilators and other lifesaving equipment because the regime is terrible. You have great empathy and compassion.

And lol. America can easily allow for only the purchase of lifesaving equipment and medical supplies, without lifting major sanctions. Instead they are exacerbating the pandemic there and potentially causing countless more deaths.

Although, seeing as Trump spent 6 weeks downplaying the coronavirus and calling it a media and democrat hoax to hurt his re-election allowing it to spread unchecked and untested for across America, if he doesn’t give a shit about his own citizens, it shouldn’t be expected for him to give a shit about Iran’s.

I admit, I have no compassion for such people. They're stupid if they cant even choose between dying from sickness or from fighting the regime. You or your loved ones are dying anyway fuckin do smth!

His words are just meaningless simplistic bullshit, but COVID-19 is 100 times less dangerous than the virus that is Islamic Republic. They recently rejected the help offer from Doctors without Borders, calling them American spies. One of the government officials even cited the Hollywood movie Contagion for why asking for foreign help is against national security.
I work with a few Iranians, just your normal people with nutters running their country. The civilians always pay the price for a messed up system, either they suck it up or be brave like the Syrians and sacrifice themselves to bastards like Assad. Regardless of culture, Trump is going to lead a bunch of Americans to their death if they end the lockdown early.
