Read somewhere he got a nice severance pay. Has that been confirmed, and was the amount disclosed?

He had 2 years left. His salary was €3.5m p/a so maybe we paid him €3m or so severance.

I hope this happens. I'd love to see Claudio showing that he's still got it at the top level - maybe even win a Lia Liga title. And I'm more likely to catch his games than if he's at an MLS team.

Simeone's game is based on tactics, not so much EPL style running and physicality. Marchisio would suit perfectly.
