First of all I will say something about Blasi
Many of you here bashed his performance in last night game but I will say that he stoped many real madrid counter atacks and did solid jobe on Zidane
Trust me if Tacchi played he would get a card in just 10 minutes of the game
But a huge problem with blasi is that he suck in ofence
He leads one of our counter-atacks but doesnt know what to do with the fvckin ball so he waits and all real madrid players return to defend I was so mad
WE CANT HAVE SUCH A PLAYER AT JUVE
Because we are a world clas team and we need versatile players in all positions

Our problem is very simple. If Nedved plays,, we hace a chance,,, if nedved doesnt.... bb champions league and any other competition.
Actually, I have faith in Camo, I believe he would be great in the playmaker position.
These are some good opinions
Camo is great player and he was my favorite Juve player ever since his first season
Then he adapted very quickly and took Zambros place
It was obvious that because of his absance(together with Nedved)we lost so many points in the league

It was bad Nedved had to go out last night because after that we sucked
But thing that really pised me was the way we started second half
We totaly sucked from 45 to 55 minute
I have no idea what Capello said to the players but the fact is that in that period we couldnt even pass the ball corectly

In Turin we will need 3 goals
I am 100% sure that real will score minimum 1 goal

Change of formation is iminent
And I think that so far even the biggest fuls realize that we canot win with 442
Solution could be 352 343 ... I dont know
But we must win I dont care if we go out I at least want to win so I can be sure that we are not such a bad team we were in past few matches
Forza Juve forever!

The problem is that we were very good at the first 25 mnts , then after nedved got injured and olivera intered we lost the position , if we had a striker who know how to score , the chance which zlatan wasted with the goalkeeper would not been wasted , but anyway we were lucky not to loose 3-0

I actually don't think we played that bad yesterday. Real just played better then they have in a very long time. Juves best was by far Buffon in my eyes, if he plays just as good in Turin, we will definatly go through.

Trust me Real know they didn't score enought goals to go through, they'll be crushed at Delle Alpi, because Juve will have something to prove next time, as Real had yesterday. It will be a completly different match, even if Capello doesn't change anything.

Zlatan: A genius that doesnt seem to know any language in common with his fellow teammates...Did you saw how he left Samuel and Salgado eating bananas in the left side with his play? the problem with him. is that if the play is complicated, he makes it easy. Also, unfortunately, if it is easy he will make it complicated. A too egotistical genius....hhhmmmmm
This is the best description about Zlatan that I have ever heard

Dude it was totaly mutural, Del Piero did nothing. And everytime Zlatan got the ball he had no options, same goes with Del Piero. Neither of em's fault though. We didn't lose because of these two, we lost because of our midfield. YOU CANT play defensive against Real Madrid. So this result was expected.

.
You are right, DP and Ibra suffered from the same loneliness upfront. My judgement of Ibrahimovic might've been a little harsh. The (wrong) decisions he tends to make, annoy me a lot though.

The problem with Ibra and DP is that, though I prefer them both to Trezeguet, neither are goal scorers or even point men. Ibra and DP prefer to play around the main striker, but when there is no main striker that becomes a problem and we lack a certain threat upfront.

Anyway, we're back to where we were a couple of weeks (and months) ago again. We all want a tactical revamp again, but I doubt Capello will change much.

It seems to me that our greatest fault against Merdrid was our lack of precission in the passes, loosing and dividing many balls, and the slow rythm we play offensivly, giving them lots of time for reagruping.
Anyway, we suck tonight. We were lucky just to eat one....

Buffon....very good, always there when needed, was his merit to sustain a minimal diference in the score. nothing to do with the goal.

Thuram...two or three desattentions but breaking many dangerous moments with his timing. Very reliable defending, not so when trying to left up with the ball.

Zebina...The weakest link in our defensive, and the one that Madrid uses to atack us. He was totally dribbled and outruned...Zizou was having a great time at his expenses. 70 percent of the danger was coming from his defensive leakings...we need to find someone better for next year

Canna...sharp, focused, always clear to break the ball. Other responsible for the minimal score.

Zambro...He begun very cold and uninspired but got in the game and in the second half he was good at atacking but better at defending. Some good crosses.

Emerson...A multipling man who works double-turn in the midfield. Tonite, imprecise with his passing. Even so, the one that is always near the ball.

Blasi...he lost the tone and get panicked... not a good stand in champions league....always trying to doubling back emerson, but with and axe in his hands...not his night.

Camo: good shape, run a lot , but today too defensevely orientated. It look that when we are able to contain rivals in the middfield with emo and blasi, camo tends to take more atacking role and we created more chances. I will like to see Capello place him more advanced and more centered...the problem is him having backing up Zebina too much. Are we becoming camo dependant in attack???

Olivera: Lots of good will, but was never focused in the game, and Nedved shoes are still too big for him.

Nedved: was moving well and get some interesting arrives but far from his best shape. Our midfield loose compaticity when he left.

Tacchi: the usual one.

DP: Constructive and clear in the first time, tired and erratic in the second one. Still, far from good shape....much more valuable with the trident formation. One or two good plays and thats all.

Zalayeta: he lost the bus and didnt make it for the game.

Anyhow, Merdrid left us alive. I dont feel confident about the Dellealphi games, but anything is possible...even to win....
I 100% agree..

I wouldn't be so confident for the return leg. Delle Alpi is not a fort like the Bernabeu or San Siro is. Our opponents will not be scared with a half empty stadium so unless it's all filled up with Juve fans I doubt we can do anything.
It WILL be filled.

The great enigma:
Real Madrid can't defend & Juventus can't score.

Questions to ponder:
- How do you score when both your strikers are playing as wingers?
- How do you win when you play two DM's & tell your wingers to defend?

Points out of order:
- We can't cross
- We can't shoot
- We can't pass
- We can't defend set pieces

In the next 2 weeks we have find answers to the above questions.

haha true. Not to mention we can't score from free-kicks.
We often have the referee against us
We dont work like a team anymore
The defence and players just watched the Real players attack all the time

Listen, I don't think this is going any where...

Real played well last night.. I don't think so... Zidane played well last night, YES YES YES.
If you isolate Zidane they are worthless, Zidane is everything is Real Madrid. It was really STUPID that we didn't play man to man with him. Go back with your memory 2 years ago. When we played against Real in torino, why did we win 3-1? Answer is simple Sir Lippi's notes to Alessio was you don't do anything in the game except Zidane. You stick with him, if he pisses you help.
Real were worthless. They couldn't do anything. And they had to go pick up the ball from their net 3 times.

Zidane is everything they've got. Last night Zidane was doing whatever he wanted. When Tacchinardi entered the situation got a little bit better. I am not blaming Blasi. NOT AT ALL. In fact I think he was one of our best players. It was very clear that his job was to stay with the ball where ever it goes. The reason he got replaced is because he got tired. Tacchinardi seemed to have gotten the sama message Blasi took, but from experience he tried to stay with Zidane more.
If Zidane received the ball its bye bye to whoever is infront of him. The key is to prevent the ball from reaching Zidane. This is why you need to play a very stricked man to man against Zidane. Don't you remember 5 years ago when Zizo was playing for us, he was unstoppable. He is used to playing with 3-4 players trying to cut the ball from him. He was one of the main streangth. The difference between Zidane with Juve and Zidane in Real, that when he was with Juve there is a complete team, but with real although they have big names and celebraties playing for them they are not a very good team. I am not saying that Real are bad, what I am saying if you isolate Zidane completely Real is your average team not more not less. The problem is that you cannot isolate Zidane completely, but you can restrict many passes before it reach him.
This is what we did 2 years ago, and this is our only hope two weeks from now.
