Everything I said before the game was proved correct. Vieira and Emerson will just sit there and contain. Our midfielders could attack because there was not threat from you central midfielders. You could we were so confident before the game. Arsenal, at this moment, are at a different level to Juve.

Next week should be easy if Trezeguet does not score a lucky goal from two yards or Del Piero does not get a free-kick.

Yeah I thought that would happen too.. I feel Arsenal have a huge chance to win the tie now but a early goal could make a game of it. I think Wegner will defend and counter attack through the left ofcoarse. If juve get a goal .. Arsenal will look for another. If Arsenal get an away goal the tie will end the second it happens.

I think if DP is fit which looks like to be a big if we will cause big problems through our captain and Nedved but we will need a goal in the first half to keep our belief. Arsenal are not the same team away from home so i was confident when it was 1-0 but now it seems to much but still possible. Your away form is just that bad though.

Everyone makes mistakes and maby he was planning on Ibra getting rest for Arsenal hoping he would have a big game... If you look at teams that beat arsenal big forwards normally do well against them in terms of play and knocking down balls. Even though i worship DP as a god i thought it would make sense playing ibra. The problem was no one was whipping balls in or acting like a playmaker for Ibra and Trez. You can't just give Ibra the ball and expcect him to score or make a play when he is surrounded with no help. I was honestly hoping DP would play nedved's position like he did last year when Nedved was out in a 433 .. that way he would take on players and playmake with ibra in the box supporting trez and taking on senderos like drogba did. That is how u beat them. But Ibra was not the problem the fact we could not work our way up the field and beat our man was the problem.. without DP and Nedved there was no service aside from Zambrotta. Camo is great but too slow and sometimes does to technical things when a simple one two or pass would do the trick.
Agree 100%.
I read enough "DP here, Ibra there" stuff.
The problem is that we have no idea on how to play the ball in the midfield.
Things were great as long as team was 100% in form and Ibra was magic.
Now that those are gone, we're a boring team with no idea on how to play.
I saw Milan today. They played Lyon, which is far better organized and stronger than Arsenal. They played their game and almost got a win, especially in the first-half. That's the difference. Vieira-Emerson are great....if you have a Kaka in front of them.

I really dont think DP will be fully fit for the game, and now he will have a lot of prssure because we all know that he is DA ONE to save us now...and we al know that DP is not the best at handling pressure.

Anyways, if DP and nedved are in their day, we MAYBE have a chance... if not, is useless.

I don't think it is pressure for DP. He has been around for too long for that to affect him ... the only thing that will prevent him from playing great is how his team mates respond and play around him. Also the fact DP never plays God like after injuries worres me but he may deliver for us what would be already a lost cause without him so I think there is not too much pressure anyway.

If Juve get an early goal it will surely test Arsenal's newly found resolve. Arsenal like to pass the ball into the net and If you score early and we are low on confidence, our passing could evaporate and then we could be in trouble.

But Arsenal of today, with the fearless Fabregas, do not look like a team afraid of stadium Delli Alpi. We will relish the game I think and If we score early we could beat you 3 or 4-0 because your players sound defeatist and low on morale, especially nedved.

Ironically Vieira not playing will help you, Giannachedda is probably a fresher player and also a hungry one with something to prove. Vieira has lost motivation very quickly after the novelty of the move to juve has worn off.

I think the players talk being negative is just to lower expectations and pressure. They will still give their all and if Arsenal lose 9 times i think away from home this season i don't see how Juve can't make it 10 ... I just pray for a early goal

I'm not being biased but I wouldn't read too much into those away defeats. Alot of those games we played well but couldn't score and then the other teams gets goal from nowhere. Sounds like excuse but really, those games have no meaning to the next Juve game.

We also played fantastic in Madrid, better than at highbury. In my opinion, from what I have seen, Madrid are better attackers than Juve and worse defenders. Overall, Juve and Madrid are about the same level despite what people like to say about Madrid not being what they were.

How many CL titles does Arsenal have? How many matches did they play this season compared to other teams in the EPL?

Enjoy your new stadium and your same old season ticket holders.

What does it matter how many games we played in EPL? What's your point?

We kicked your ass, obviously you are still bitter about that.

I bleed black & white man. It's sad to see that most of these players and coach don't.

I've come back to reality now.

Sounds about right. Madrid is fat and old. And Juve, under Capello, plays like they are fat and old.

I watch arsenal alot and it seems that they can lose confidence easily. It can be seen in everyone and even Henry .. if he get frustrated he sulks. Juve are also much much better than Madrid and the game at Highbury against a well rested and prepared Arsenal is not a good measure. I think if Juve play well and score early they have a good chance. It is not impossible. Also I don't see Arsenal going on to win the CL for some reason. I would not mind seeing them win it if Juve don't, although i do prefer if an Italian team wins it. I just think they will end up getting knocked out for some reason.

Shut up fool. That was two questions. Just that. I think the Gunners will win the CL like we did last year. Oh and I like the new stadium. I said that too. Why do you Highbury fellows always have to be so tight. I love Henry, he is the cure for cancer as far as I am concerned. But you had to take that shot didn't you? Let me ask you this. How does it feel to be behind The Spurs and Blackburn, lose to Bolton twice, and be out of the FA Cup? Ok, ok I apologize that was mean but you asked for it. Anyway I give you the best of luck on the rest of the season. Why should we squabble when there are Mancs about?

Your are right, with Arsenal there can be sunshine and rain in the same half. It's a very fragile game we play but you have to admit, it's beautiful when it works.

Well, I saw Inter and was impressed and also Villareal. It's a knockout competition and I wouldn't take anything for granted. Any team can beat anyone. Arsenal are a tragic team in many respects, when it really comes down to it, we have no luck and I wouldn't be surprised to tumble out in the semi's. If you notice, we have to work for every goal, we never get gifted a goal. At the top level, you need a scrappy goal sometimes and we never get that due to our style.
