Bonucci, Chiellini, Thiago Silva, Ramos, Hummels. Barzagli would certainly be there when fully fit.

The likes of Boateng, Pique, Luiz, Kompany are one tier bellow.

He's probably not the best CB this season, but he's definitely top 5. He wasn't that great tonight, but not that desastrous either considering how the rest of his team played.
And Dante is decent as well.

He had a couple of seasons when he was definitely top 5. Hasn't come close to that standard in the last two years though.

In form, confident and focused, Thiago Silva and David Luiz are possibly the best of all of them. Strong, agile, good in the air and great feet. But mentally they are so fragile that I wouldn't ever consider them to be top 5.

For me the most underrated CB at the moment has to be Ramos. I know he was godawful in the beginning of his career and he's a total prick, but he's been very good for a very long time now.
