Rather,
They put in Coman and Thiago which changed the game.
Of course, their bench options were amazing while ours performed like hindrances more then help.

But I can't stress enough how unfit Mandzukic was for this set up, he was slow and couldn't dribble a single player. Morata literally kept them busy on his own and this made them nervous even when they had the ball to not over commit. But with the sub their CBS were outside our box and Mandzukic was in ours more then over half line. Btw this is not an instruction by Allegri because yesterday and in first leg plus in some Serie A games, Allegri has stressed Mandzukic shouldn't drop so low and even though he works hard should save some energy for attacking runs.

I only slept 2 hours at night and had to get up and go to work like nothing happened, and of course you can't tell anyone you know how depressed you are, they'd respond with a "it's just a football match" so you gotta swallow the pain and go on. I feel for the players specially Buffon, exiting every year in drama and bad luck

I have like 7 missed calls and 20 messages from last night that I won't answer, some are teasing and some are showing support but I can't stand a human being except hurt juve fans today
Nah it's OK (my coworkers and friends tend to know when Juve wrecks my mood, like last year's CL final), most people I encounter are supportive, which doesn't make it easier. But most neutrals were impressed by Juve yesterday and feel we were hard done. Maybe I can appreciate that sentiment in a week but not right now...

Know how that feels man, straight after the match found myself here, only people i can talk to is people who can understand the pain. Its gonna take a while but weve overcome it, and we will. We have seen situations worse than these like calciopoli and other CL exits, though few if any come close to this. We need to stay strong, I think what hurts the most is that its just a cycle i keep dreaming of the day we win the CL. Ever since 96 its all ive ever thought about a lot 20 years of pain. Football is unhealthy and even more so the more expectations you put in. We were led to believe that we can all of a sudden go through and thats what hurts.

As for the dicks who will be digging it in screw them. Im just glad theres a place like Juventuz, a place like home, a place of comfort, solace and joy. Love you all.

Still feeling icky over this one. Probably because I drank too many Desperados last night. However, we can be proud of what we achieved last night. Fuck Bayern our Bogey team in Europe for sure. Wouldnt have taken Morata off as he was our only threat in going forward and kept the ball well, even on his own. King Kong would have eaten all those crosses scored from Bayern for sure no doubt. Live and learn again I'm afraid my fellow Juventini's.

My coworkers been buying me drinks and food (breakfast and lunch) since the get go, to try to better my mood after last night.

It's insanely frustrating to realize it litterally comes down to one sub, we put in Mandzukic and our game went to shit on hell basket.
Yep. And I understand why coaches do this. But it ends badly so many times. Why change. Why change a team that is doing so well.
