I would rather with Cuadrado cos Allegri insist on helping in defense. Cuadrado at least in his good day can play offense and def same time.
The fk u need defense in a 3 man attack?

Fk sake play 4-3-3 and forget about attackers defending. Cuadrado is not good enough for these big game nights and he can be unreliable and moody and get himself sent off. Then u got 10 players and need to defend even more.

I am far from Cuadrado fan, still feel more comfortable then with Costa. I think we dont have better option for 4231 Max will play probably in almost all games again. We played last time 433 only cos injuries. It is not formation we will use in normal circumstances.

Our team needed a top CM not a Sissoko replacement, i counted about 3 times where Matuidi wasn't able to make a 2 meter pass. We also needed a top RB, yet we did not buy. IMO based on interviews and buys over the previous summers Juve is not interested to win CHL, if they get lucky and win it fine otherwise, it's not top priority. Each year we sold best players, and we didn't replace them, we even got weaker in some positions. We lost two finals being to superior teams, on paper and on field we didn't stand a real chance to win, we could've if we were lucky, but luck will win you titles. I think Juve understand position of Italian football and inferiority of Spanish and English teams when it comes to money, such they're trying to remain competitive in Serie A, and pray to God we might win a CHL in next 10 years! We might go far in CHL, we will win Serie A, and Coppa.

I don't care about me as fan, I just feel bad for Giggi Buffon I think our team should have made better investments in these years so he would win CHL.

We have reached a level where is pretty high to stay in Europe top 8. To get any better, we have to get players like Bale, Suarez, hazard, Kris, Modric, or even Mascherano

Let's hope we can make the quarters this season atleast. That's the best I'm expecting from this team which clearly doesn't look good enough to challenge for the CL. As would be the case if you keep dismantling each department of our team every season and expecting the coach to achieve magical results.

Not sure CL is even gonna be interesting this season.
That's pretty much it. The fact we lose our best and most important players, year after year - for 3 or 4 seasons in a row - means the club has actually overachieved lately.

Marotta has done a hell of a job replacing these players and Allegri has done some magic, but the sheer fact that cornerstone players are constantly leaving makes it near impossible to have sustained success and improvement.

I mean, our guys leave with surprising ease for a club at Juve's level. And the fact that Asamoah stayed because he had no replacement basically showed how full of bullshit is Marotta when he says players fully decide when to leave. It doesn't mean that we should have held playes hostage. But they shouldn't hold the club either. It's just wrong and while this absurd policy remains, I think we have fully peaked.

That confidence is amazing. Talking like you know the quality of Rugani.
I dont know man, trying to to be positive. Why do you think we bought Rugani at 20 and were comfortable enough to throw Bonucci in the bin? We have knowledgeable directors and coaches. Bonucci was a mediocre player till about 25. No one here wanted him in the starting 11 when he first came and were only ok if Chiellini and Barzagli babysat him on either side. Rugani's development is much faster than Bonucci.

All this doom and gloom after a predictable (and expected) loss against one of the best teams in Europe, away from home, with a GOAT striker in amazing scoring form.

Season is still long. We've got players injured, new players yet to fully integrate and our typical early-season form in the CL

Calma.

The game came too early for us.

We played a defense that hasn't played together, a midfield the same and an attack that hasn't really either.
