Sucks if mascherano doesnt play he was our best player in turin

We must not capitulate like vs Bayern-the only way to go through is to score goals and not sit back fully. Our approach in turin was perfect with a mix of both and a very very disciplined and focussed display from each player. I honestly dont think we can absorb all the pressure if we try to by going in to sit back - it will be too risky vs msn.

Just do what we did in turin and it will be ok.

Sociedad were barely inferior to Barcelona tonight, and that was at Camp Nou. Has to be goals in it for us, being clinical is the key again.

I feel refree will $#@! us up big time.
Agree. We really need to avoid letting their plays get near or inside the box. A dive, and that is it for us.
Now with Dybala doubtful, I also suspect that Allegri will play a 3-5-2. That will invite Barca into the box even more -.-

If Dybala can't play we will probably play Pjanic in the hole. Or maybe 451 :klin:
That is too defensive. We all know how clinical MSN are. I really don't think giving them possession is a good idea for this game.
We need good technique players in the midfield in order to hold on to the ball, and pass it around. We NEED to dictate this game.
In other words, we need to tiki taka this game, with lesser intention to score. Bore the shit out of everyone and go to semi.

Lucho: Eight strikers vs Juve!

Luis Enrique says Barcelona “will go at Juventus with eight strikers”, Andre Gomes boos are “pathetic” and that “we’ve got used to eating beluga caviar”.

Barca ended a run of back-to-back defeats with a 3-2 win against Real Sociedad on Saturday, prompting Enrique to look to the Catalans’ task of a second 'remontada’ in the Champions League with confidence.

“I’m more than satisfied with my players,” the Coach said after the game.

“They showed an impeccable attitude on the pitch and were prepared to fight against a very difficult team.

“You didn’t need to be Einstein to know that we were going to suffer. We were able to manage the frustration of conceding two goals very well.

“We’re now in that phase when teams are hurting us with very little and that ultimately has repercussions for our confidence.

“We’re still alive on all fronts and this win strengthens us. It’s a good place to start the comeback [against Juve].

“Surely at some point in the game, we’ll be close to the comeback. We’re going to risk so much that we could even go at them with eight strikers, seeing as we have nothing to lose.

“The fans must have faith in these players, who have won everything. We’re a team of champions.

“What’s happened is that we’ve got used to always eating beluga caviar. That can’t always be maintained.

“We need to improve if we want to pull off the comeback, but we’ll give everything.

“Alcacer? Now the fans are applauding him, but at first there were murmurs of discontent.

“What’s changed? Now he’s playing with confidence. Players don’t need more doubts.

“Gomes? Laudrup was whistled in his first year, so was Koeman. Now it’ll be necessary to see if he overcomes [the whistles] or not.

“Sandro and Munir were also whistled recently. It’s pathetic to criticise your own players, it’s the worst thing a fan can do with a player in their own team.

“Iniesta? No-one can take Iniesta’s position away. He’s a unique and indisputable player. Asking if there’s anyone better than Iniesta is ridiculous.”
We should take advantage and score as many as possible. There will be so much space.

If they are playing a super offensive lineup, we simply can't go there with a defensive mindset. We're going to have plenty of chances to score.
We should be playing the same lineup and formation as the previous game ideally.

I have a feeling we'll try to play the same way like we did against Bayern in the 1st half at Munich , only difference being here is we sit on a healthy lead in this game. Playing Catenaccio from minute 1 is extremely risky. Bury them in the first 30-40 mins. They're not going to make any comeback.

Barca has already kinda figured us out. Once they changed to 343 in the second half, they immediately controlled the game and had potential one one one chances. We only scored via a corner. Suarez almost capitalized on a few of Bonucci's slack tracking.

Guys we really need to convert our chances as barca will most def score.

Agree. We should play our best attackers. Look at it this way.

Barca's MSN v.s. Buffon and co = close fight
Juve's cua mand dyb hig v.s. umtiti mascherano ter stegen = close fight? Dont think so.

So by the above equation logic, we should play our best attackers to capitalize on our difference in quality.

Enrique would be using that as a figure of speech because anyone that actually thinks more strikers = more goals is a Retard.

We should just go as usual with aggressive and determination in our eyes - attacking will be needed as if we just keep defending it means they will attack more while if we play to attack it will be splitted... and that is what we want!
Sometime attacking is the best defense! 3-5-2 will be a mistake IMO
as for Dybala - If he is out we should play the same with Marchisio and Khedira as the 2 with Pjanic taking the Dybala role playing a bit behind to support our midfield

We imo would have massive problems distributing the ball forward with Pjanic in Dybala role. We played him there in away game against Napoli in Seria A and he barely touched the ball whole game. We played with Asa and Licht, so obviously our passing game was crippled enough, but nevertheless, I'd prefer to go full 352 from the begging than playing Pjanic as AM.
