I really do not understand all this Ibra-bashing.
He didn't play that bad on Saturday, considering the team-performance and am I wrong or was it Trezeguet that wasted the 2-0 in an incredible way?
If that happened to Ibra, I would be reading about putting him in the death-row by now.
Mutu will start on the left-wing, Ibra will start forward. And that would have happened even with Del Piero available.

If your pointing at me, then re-read what I wrote. There's no bashing.

I'd simply play Adrian Mutu upfront alongside Trezeguet, as It's his normal position and It's the only place he can shine from just like his Parma days and when he play for the Romanian NT.

After Chiellini's performance on Saturday, I can't bench him as the position I'd want him to play will suit him very well, he can cross, he's fast...thats the most important thing.

Any draw would satisfy me, except 0-0.

If Capello will field Zlatan upfront(which he will). And put Mutu behind the Strikers, which is a bad thing, because....

1- Adrian is known that he likes to attack and putting him as a winger could be something Negative as we always have to be ready in Midfield, Arsenal players are fast. So Putting Chiellini there would be the suitable thing to do, Chiellini is fast and can get back to help Puma and Pat.

2- Adrian can do much better as a striker, Capello should try him for once FFS...I guess he never used to watch his Parma days nor his Romanian NT.

3- Adrian can be much more threat to the Arsenal defenders more than off-form Ibra.

Actualy Ibrahimovic played bad against Roma,he lost the ball each time he didn't mange to faul.
Trezeguet played for about 10 minutes and he had a great chance,he is missing that kind of chance 1:100,and that night it was the case.

I wasn't pointing at you specifically, but we shouldn't forget that Ibra, along with Camoranesi, is the only player that could actually create something in our team.
He also got the size to be up there.
Believe me. Even if he doesn't score tomorrow, he will have a couple of Arsenal's defenders on his ass, making more room for Trezeguet, Mutu, or any midfielder that will advance.
I just don't see a left-side with Balza-Chiellini. I got the chills just thinking about it.

The whole team played awfully.
And thanks to Nedved (he should never ever play against Roma anymore), he had to play by himself with Chiellini behind him. Capello should have put Mutu there.

Listen to me ,NYJuve,I would really like to see Ibrahimovic to score tonight,or even to create some chences for our winning goal, but I just don't think he is playing that good,at the moment.
I don't mind whoever to score, but right now Mutu-Trez is better solution ,in my opinion.

Please, take that Idea from your head that Ibra can create something. Ibra can cause some dangers to Arsenal defenders IF he was in his TOP form, If he was in his normal form then he probably can do nothing.

Again, I'd take Mutu without thinking twice ahead of Ibra and put him up-front.

Capello really surprized me with his decision to play Chiellini as left-flanker,but he obviously tried something.

Not only that he tried something but we can atleast be secure with him as he can get back to defence and help the defenders. Him and Balza on the Left, two youngesters, two fast players, this would look great. Too bad It wont happen.

dont blame trez here, this guy has scored a lot, and even he can have a bad day. but still his performances havent drop, he can hold his form, you can count on him. But ibra...well he has had much easier chanses to score, and he hasnt done that. while a player like mutu has to play more deeper(wing) when he could possible bring us the goals. while ibra who wastes chanses is playing front. that just doesnt make sence. And what happened with ibra and his finishing training. its not about roma, we played with 10 men second half. its about the whole season. his not performing as well as he did last season. and even if you say that trez is scoring instead, i am talking about those situations what he has, you know he can be selfish sometimes and trys himself. juve bought him and now juve wants something back from him(goals, and good play).

I suggest you to count the assists made this year in our team...
I'm sorry, but I would never take Ibra off the field.
And our game should be on the right-side tomorrow.
Zambro-Camo could be devastating!

.

David Trezeguet Is actually in a great form. Atleast he's one of the best finishers If not the best. He knows how to end the ball something Ibra is not learning yet.

And talking about his 2wasted chances, remmber that he played for 30min only.

2 things are 100% sure:

1 - Del Piero won't be able to play

2 - 4-4-1+ibrahimovic will be tonight

mutu has expierence and in CL game, you need to finish your chanses. i just dont understand, media is talking about Ibra has the future star and then there are those next basten talks, but RIGHT NOW his not playing well, we have the solution in Mutu, well expierenced player, has played in england, has played in italy, knows how to score. but still cap puts him to wing and ibra in front. yes, ibra might be one day a good player, but right now we have a good player in mutu.

Do you know he is the striker with the highest average in Europe according to Goal Ocassions/Goals?

Or in other words of every chance he has to score a goal there is a 90% (yes 90!!!) that it ends in goal.
