DP doesn't suck.
He's been the best player in the world (or among the top 5) until 1998.
He's a great person.
He's been great (not that 1994-98 great though) this year and final part of last year because Capello started him from the bench. This is a fact.
Baggio, who's hasn't been as great as DP imo, followed the same path.
well in 2002/2003 dp was in very good form, he was playing very well in CL! but is zlatan playing well in CL, not that well. he didnt score any last season, now he has scored, but still selfish and his attitude, silly red card, something what shouldnt happen in CL. i am not talking about dangerous tackle, but making stupid mistakes.

moustly i dont like what is going on in CL. ibra can start in seria a matches, but in CL you have 2 legs and 180 minutes and you have to play at your best. really! and that means if you have a chanse you have to take it, i mean his a striker for god sake. in CL you might have just a couple of chanses but you have to score them. trez can score goals from very difficult and hard opportunitys, but ibra cant even from easy chanses, one on one with gk an moustly hitting over the bar.

Let's make a good result for the 2.leg!!!

And I was expecting Milan to face some problems against Fiorentina and not to get an easy win...they have a serious C.L. opponent as well.

The fact is that we could easily beat Roma with 2 or 3 goals advantage,if we had 11 players.

Travel disruption

Fabio Capello's pre-match preparations were disrupted by Juventus's late arrival in London, which meant the Italian outfit were unable to train as planned at Highbury on Monday evening. The Juventus coach is aware that his players will need to be on their defensive mettle, saying: "Arsenal have very good players and they always try to attack, especially at home. They are always dangerous, especially on the counterattack, as they have great pace, particularly in Henry.

Physically, I think we outmatch Arsenal in terms of physical strength. It all depends whether Vieira & Emerson came box out the Arsenal players from midfield.

I'm not denying that.
Trezeguet plays well when he puts behind the goalie the 1/2 balls that he touches every match.
This year, he has been great in that.
Everybody misses chances. I just said that if Ibra missed that chance, we would be reading the unreadable here. Same thing with the goal that DP missed in Livorno 10 days ago on Ibra's assist (actually that was even a greater chance).

I'm just saying that we use different methods to judge our players' performances. And not always they're fair.
Who are you kidding?? While Ibra couldve simply passed the ball to DP and DP tapping it in. Zlatan opted for shooting it, maybe he was thinking it could deflect off someone and go in, I dont know what he was thinking but that was a plain and stupid shot!

I see your point Rami, but I don't think there's much you can do about Zlatan starting in Highbury. DP's injured so he'll probably be back for the 2nd leg.

To be honest, I want Capello to not start DP as much. He's doing superbly off the bench and this way, we reduce the risk of injuring DP leading to the World Cup.

I would rather see DP there where he could shine where he hasn't shined before, in the international scene. Let Zlatan have his chance, for if he disappoints, Capello will always be quick to substitute him with the greatest player of Juve.
