Though it would be great, I don't see any of the two joining us. They seemed to have developed the Roman hatred towards our club very quickly, especially Mexes. Between the two, we have a better chance in getting Chivu. But I'm pretty sure both will extend with Roma, CL being a big part of it as well.

maybe they changed their mind, they cant stay in loser status lifetime

Juventus CAN afford expensive signings. Not many of them but I guess 2-3 would do. We probably have the money for their wages too. Another thing is how much Juventus is willing to spend on new signings. If we want to rebuild the whole team in one season I think that is impossible cause Juventus don´t want to splash all the cash on 5-6 expensive players. We need to stabilise first and ensure that we get more profit next season from sponsors, TV, etc. Then it comes Champions League and more money, etc... Juventus also have a large number of players on loan and co-owned. So, before Juve can sign some serious players they have to SELL FIRST. Then the big signings will come. You took these statements in a different context, mate.
MARK 1st you said we cant afford any1 then u say that we can buy 2-3...Which 1 is it? And we basically do not even need too many players for the upcoming season...2 CBs a CM and if Trez + Gigi stay then all is good...everything about CL,sponsors and all that is true but u gotta have a team than can be in the top 3 as well...we have NEVER bought 7-8 world class players ever b4 why would we do it now...we are not retards like Madrid who end up millions of dollars in debt for "galacticos" and then not win anything in 5 years

Mexes gives Totti a run for his money in IQ test - And God I never thought that could have been possible. Mexes probably have more tools than Chivu, but man the latter is a real player not just an athelete. Chivu is the most complete defender in the world IMO; he got everything; positioning, distribution, tackle, and most importantly leadership. Roma arent selling their most prized asset for sure. I say go for Milito or Lucio.
