I still can't understand how did Mandzukic become a good forward, and there is no doubt that he's a really good attacker. I know him since his beginnings and he always stroke me as a player who'll end up playing in Austria Wien, or at best somewhere in Ukraine. Hard work really pays up in his case. Not really talented, but very strong physically and always a pain in the ass for the defenders with his pushing, kicking, non stop movement and diving. An improved version of Iaquinta, but really useful.

Conte isn't even two seasons in and already he has one Scudetto under his belt (surely all things going well, another on the way). Ferguson joined Man United in 1986 and didn't win a league title until 1992-1993.
