Apparently the reason for CAS’ ruling is that UEFA has fallen afoul of its own statute of limitations regulations. Clowns.

There’s 5 year statute of limitations for ffp prosecutions. How stupid is that? You keep shit under wraps for 5 years and nobody can touch you.

UEFA slammed their own investigators in a statement saying there was no conclusive evidence. They seriously need to stop pushing regulations they don’t know how to enforce.

This is so funny. 10 million fine is for not cooperating with UEFA, which is one reason it went over 5 years to be discovered. The message is do whatever you want and just do not cooperate with investigators. You’ll only be fined 10 million.

Why?? What’s he been saying this time?
He was the one who said Pep will leave man city based on the ban from Europe and come to Juve. In the past few weeks he also said Sarri is 99% gone this summer (perhaps suggestive to say that Momblano was confident the ruling would be upheld so it would make it easier to bring Pep. Now if anything we're stuck with another year of Sarri, can't imagine we will bring in Pocchettino.

The fact that city get a reduced fine of 10 mill makes this a bigger mockery as it means they were guilty of something... unreal.
