The only team winning it is City

I don't see them losing it unless they have a big drop in form

Liverpool are a potential bannanna skin for them but 9/10 times I expect City to advance against Liverpool
I find it weird how you can let out Real Madrid and Barca all the time. City has not proven anything yet in the CL, when it counts! They are good but lets see how they fare against the very best.

Maybe Maddy is right and youre just trolling.

What sort of bet do you have in mind? As long as it's a friendly bet like an avatar change I don't see why not

Yes I do. Have City played Real Madrid, Barcelona or even Bayern Munich yet? No.

Never said they are not good, but youre giving them a little too much credit already imo.
They are playing the best football by a mile and dominating the Premier League like no other team

It's their year and I don't see any team being good enough to knock them out unless they have a drop in form

You're a 15 year old trying to upset people with ridiculous statements. That's your entire persona. Wow.

to be honest I'm not that sure with City being that good as many others like you think... yes they play a great season and lead the PL with ease, but lets see how they roll in the CL, especially in the knockout stages against a good team.

Also knowning Guardiola in his times at bayern, his teams seem invincible in league matches, but when it comes to the CL, its just another story, PEP does not adapt or change his tactics, he wants to play possession football, no matter what happens, he rather loose playing possession football, then changing his tactics and adapt to the opponent.

I see this whole City hype with other eyes, I see it as a bayern fan who watched Guardiola 3 years in charge at bayern and the fact that his stubbornness especially in the later stages at the CL cost us reaching the Final... but you could argue that with city he has a complete different team and we cant compar this city team with his Bayern team, and yes maybe I'm bit biased because of our experience with him as a coach and he will progress with city in this competition... but I wouldn't be surprised if Liverpool manage to get a decent result tonight and knock them out next week.

:agree:

Exactly. Pep even said it himself many times "I only play one way and thats how it is". He said it even yesterday in an interview. Hell, with that attitude he is gonna get punished again. And again. And again.

He is a great coach, City is a great team, but they have weaknesses a Pep team always have some clear ones even - but as well some very strong sides. Real Madrid would make life tough for them, Liverpool will as well.

Yes they are yet to be challenged and Liverpool can give them a lot of trouble

From what I have seen of the other teams I don't think they are as good as City

Now as we know the best team doesn't always win the CL as there are lots of variables that can go against you

I'm not saying they will definitely win it but I haven't been more confident of a winner for a long time since now

If they perform to their level for the rest of the season I only see one winner in City

Deal.

So the bet is on City winning the CL.

If they win, ban me til August 1st. If they lose, ban Vialli til then.
@Dostoevsky

So bet starts after the CL final to 1st of August, if they get knocked out next week I want to be able to post until season ends

It almost sounds as if you want City to win it.

What this man said. Not surprised at all if one trick Jürgen knocks GOAT Pep out. His style has proven to work quite well in that huge battle of stubborness.

I wanted someone else than Real Madrid at first but I'm resigned to it, better them than the others. I'm still holding on some hope during my lifetime we'll get closer to Bayern and Barca in terms of CL, Madrid though...

Greatest dynasty there is
