Damn my blood pressure in these games.. Not healthy. Overall I think its deserved we won though, but the first 25-30 min they had us under good pressure. Bernat is useless as always.
Just glad Jupp is here and not Pep, if it was Pep we wouldnt have won this game.

I gotta say your defense looks shaky as fuck, even under Don Jupp, it might not show in the Bundesliga, but it's not even remotely as superb as the triple winning one. If that doesn't improve i don't see you winning against Real for example.

One of Vidal or Thiago has to hit the bench it seems. A midfield with all 3 is too much and less creative. I think Jupp wanted to play it safe and there for started with all 3 of them.
I expect us to get better and get the roles more defined. Javi and Hummels was really good in defense, Boateng too sloppy, but played himself up.

If we should have a chance beating Real Madrid this time, we need everything to click and no fucking silly mistakes like last time from us. Cant afford to miss a penalty against them, we were milimeters from going 2-0 up. If you miss such opportunities they will just punish you x10 times back shortly after which the game in Munich showed quite well.

i havent watched a single Bayern game this season, what seems to be the problem? Hummels-Boateng and Vidal-Javi infront of them sound like a strong fornt, are the fullbacks the problem. Kimmich too much of a forward going player? Alaba decline?

Kimmich is great in the offensive play, but defensively he is no Lahm and still got a lot to learn there, but okay. He is a midfielder converted into a fullback, offcourse that is not just easy. He is really promising though.
Alaba is no way near his 2012-2015 form, but started to have decent performances again under Jupp. The problem to me is the roles, there is still some work to do there after the Pep and Ancelotti era. Also to face Robbery is not the same. Now they play a role a much smaller role, the opponents dont have to worry about them as much as before. Most opponents especially in 2012-2014 shat their pants because of them, but that time is gone and we have to look for other options. Coman being out also hurt us, he has been terrific under Jupp.
Not to forget about James, he is a steal and gives us great dynamic. He started on the bench, but when he came on we looked much more dynamic.
