We're gonna concede at home, maybe once, possibly twice. I think a 2-1 home win seems a realistic result. Now, we have to go there and score as well. If we score 1st in Madrid, it will unsettle them. Let's just hope we don't suffer any further injuries before the tie, and get some good news regarding Berna and Cuads :xfinger:
Sad thing is, reports for a possible Chiellini injury and him missing Milan and Real at home dont come as a surprise, not for me at least... I absolutely expected one more player to go down and not be available for one or two of those games, you just know something like this is gonna happen, it is more than usual for us to finish a game, rest, train for the next game and have one player less available, than to have the same amount of players or have a player joining his teammates after being out for some time...

I`m no expert on this, dont have a proffesional oppinion and all, but this is no bad luck, this is not a group of broken athletes, something is not done properly in house Juve and someone needs to ask the questions, investigate, locate the problem and fix/remove it!

Bernardeschi and Cuadrado are a tiny problem compared to losing Chiellini.

With Chiello out, i somewhat wouldn't mind a back 3 against Real Madrid. I don't trust current Barza or nice guy Rugani in a back 4, facing Ronaldo in one in ones.

--------Barza----Benatia----Rugani
Licht------Marchisio--Matuidi-------Asa
-------Dybala-------------Mandzu
------------------Higgy

Costa impact sub.

I don't know if all the players listed are available though, hard to keep track with daily injuries and yellows.

I could see Licht as RCB, Costa as RM/RWB in a 3-5-2

It's just that I'd like to have someone pacy on the bench for the 2nd half, but i guess it's possible. I don't really trust him in that position though. Licht is gonna be left alone too often.

Is he 100% ruled out or just in doubt?
not 100%, but knowing our staff and our luck with injuries i wouldn't bet on him being available.

Whatever lineup is chosen, we're gonna have to compromise.

Unfortunately, I don't give us much of a chance now without Chiellini

Costa has to start. The more time he's on the field the closer we'll be of scoring. Can't have the luxury of not playing him for one half
I know he's been great for us in the past few months

Especially in carrying the ball forward and breaking the lines

However, in terms of actual goals/assits/key pass output, how has that been? Anyone have more clarity on this
I just have this nagging feeling he was creating/scoring more goals while he was at bayern and shakthar (from what little i remember watching)

Dont get me wrong, he is doing exaclty what we need in terms of dribbling forward and also following it up with good defensive work.

Just wondering what his final output is like and how different it is from before
