I agree. I was just sayin that EPL clubs becoming good is bad news for us. Competition for players is tough enough for someone on our budget as is. Billionaire clubs becoming serious CL contenders will make it worse for us.

he is at the heart of a great system that plays to his strengths. Kinda like how Pep's system suited Xavi or Conte's system played to Pirlo's strengths. Pogba and Verratti would flourish in that system as well. They are all very well rounded players. I imagine every player is now looking at City as an amazing destination to be part of this group. Big money, EPL, trophies, and creating EPL history. City doing so well is bad news for us.

Dybala, Sanchez, and Alex Sandro and many others are probably thinking that it would be awesome to be part of that.

Im not sure if it comes down to just the system. He was world class in his last season at Wolfsburg and with City's last coach aswell. I do not believe Verratti or Poga would do aswell as him.
