It's the sum. The idea that that midfield.. and defense.. and keeper is so dominant in CL is mindblowing.

Credit where credit's due Klopp is getting something extraordinaire out of them.
I'd agree with that. Though VVD is a really good defender. And that's helped the defense and midfield a lot.

Yes we learned the hard way against Bayern in 2013 that 3-5-2 is a total miss match to a 4-3-3, Di Francesco will learn from this I hope but in my opinion the loss is totally on him. It was over before the game began
Also depends on the type of 4-3-3. Germans play very direct with high pressing. Against Barcelona, even with a 4-3-3 it is different because they're anything but direct.

You win against Klopp the way that Allegri did. Give them the ball, sit back, and look for holes, which is the opposite of how you play against Barcelona because you will be pinned for 90 minute. If you look at Liverpool best games this year, often possession is equal or they have the ball less. For their worst games? Against teams that play deep.

Madrid will beat them if they play.

The best thing about Liverpool is that they are ruthless. When we are 2-0 up or 3-0 we sit back, and allow the pressure. Liverpool on the other hand continue to take advantage of the momentum.

Yes a direct team playing 4-3-3 with pace will cause a lot of trouble to a 3-5-2, I was surprised he opted for this formation but he did play it against Barca and won 3-0 so I think he thought he could do it again but Barca play a 4-4-2 and unorthodox style that is not as direct like this Liverpool team
