IMO that's a myth.

Everyone keeps mentioning it but in fact nobody knows if that's true and what happens inside the club.

There'll always be a salary cap (which will be based on where the club is) and we'll almost always pay what the players are worth.
I'm sure if Tevez asks for an extension we'd surely consider it. Not sure why there needs to be such drama.
