Out of all these I'd single out speed, workrate and agility. In those he really is magnificent player; fast, hardworking and his presence is felt in almost all areas. About technique part, not so sure. I mostly look at technique of shooting, passing, dribbling and controlling the ball. His shooting is excellent; perfect combination of power and precision,
better than DP in that regard if we're just talking about pure finishing and even shooting from distance; shooting from set pieces is obviously not his forte. He has good ball control as well, but dribbling and passing are mostly average. He lacks variety of moves, for which he needs more creativity and vision, areas where he lacks certain something. He uses his strength and speed to go past his markers rather than aforementioned characteristics. Same goes for passing. Vucinic for instance, although inferior player, he is more creative and has better feeling where and when to pass the ball along with an overall precision of the pass.
He doesn't necessarily need to score goals to dominate games, but his overall influence on the game flow is what I look at. I've seen him mostly in CL and WC games and he doesn't have it, unfortunately. That said I hope he proves me wrong.
