Now, it's more about attack only & how much European success has that brought modern calcio by comparison? yes,i hope Juve could create another great centre back(fingers cross on Criscito)cos there are really not so much great defenders nowadays who are italian,i thought paolo cannavaro would be really good but he is nowhere near his brother,matteo ferrari is lost somewhere,cesare bovo isn't as good as people claim him to be,i mean look at england they're developing plenty of great defenders nowadays,heck even brazil aren't only developing their technical gifted players,theyre trying real hard to develop great defenders,and really they're starting to improve little by little..
Therefore getting cannavaro,who is pretty much the only available italian cb at the moment wouldn't be so bad,i think he could really help criscito,then when criscito is set,canna can end his career for napoli like he always wanted..

It seems that the will of Juve's "senators", such as Buffon, Del Piero and Trezeguet, could be decisive for the possible return of Fabio Cannavaro to the club.

I once read an interview with Ale where he said that he and Canna talked a lot on the phone but never about Fabio's transfer to Real because he said that Fabio didn't owe him any explanation at all. He had every right in the world to take his decision.

He's a professional who took his decision after his club was supposed to go down to Serie B without him being responsable for this.

hmmm i dont know im quite split on canna still, i mean we dont know if he wanted to move or if he was forced too. i think he was prepared to stay in serie B if he had too, but perhaps the board cudnt pay his wages and had to sell him, its players like zlatan who actually wanted to go that i consider the true traitors, but to me canna, i take both views on it

I must agree with you. I have the same feeling, that we must sell some players and we choose wich one to sell. We could't sell our legends (Bufo, DP, Trez And Neddy) and we must sell te oldest and the most valuable players. I think that the only one which we don't wan't to sell was Ibra. Because of his age.
