You're right. But we deserve a compensation right now, cos the FIGC admitted that we were never supposed to be relegated. If they cannot start a new investigation, and ensure even punishment for all, due to the time stature bullshit, then at least they should undo the harm done to us. Apologize for the demotion, give compensation and the scudetto back. They admitted that they made a mistake. They can't simply leave it at that. WE can't simply leave it at that!

I fear being misquoted.
1-3 point penalties were all we had seen for Article 1 violations up until 2006. It should be noted that we Fiorentina, Lazio, etc. did get more than that for having committed Article 1 violations. They were still way less than Serie B with a huge point deduction. In any case most Article 1 violations result in fines. Points rarely become a factor. They did in 2006 because it was alleged that Moggi and very few others had an exclusive relationship with the designators which we now know (some of us knew all along) was bullshit.
Palazzi didn’t come out and say “Juventus should not have been relegated”. He made a list of teams that should have been for having committed Article 6 violations and Juventus/Moggi were not on it. To me that is the same thing.
