Driving drunk doesnt affect anyone if i don’t cause any accident, but its still dangerous as hell. It’s the total same analogy.

And these guys want freedom, but why can’t someone have freedom while driving reckless in a car etc? Of course these rules was informed because it puts the life and health for others in danger. By not getting the vaccine you’re showing you have zero concerns about anyone but yourself.

Well they really are

They can fuck right out of the club if they dont take the vaccine in the new year

Kimmich are the worst though. What a cunt
Why don't Germany make similar policy related to mandatory children vaccination policy for entry in school?

Right to inviolability of the physical body. Look it up.

Whereas, driving is not a right, let alone drunk driving.

Has this one been announced as mandatory by an elected, representative government (to whom people give up some of their rights for general well-being, safety)? No.

So yeah, Kimmich cannot be forced by his fucking employer. End of.
Actually, he absolutely can. Businesses can refuse service to the unvaccinated, and refuse employment to the unvaccinated. Those people can sue those businesses and if necessary take it all the way to the Supreme Court, but a business has every right to demand what it wants of employees. If the employee disagrees he can either quit and find work elsewhere or be terminated and sue for wrongful dismissal. End of.

And yes, the vaccine has been announced as mandatory by elected officials in multiple countries for multiple professions and for access to things such as domestic travel, restaurants, events, etc.

Has it been announced by the government that it's mandatory for footballers? No, right?

Is it written in Kimmich's contract that he can be forced to get vaccinated? If not, Bayern better fuckin pay him as long as he plays football for them.

Let's see how this case turns out.

Again, they can demand it of him if they want. And if he refuses they can terminate his contract if they want. And he can take them to court over it if he wants. And then it shall be up for the courts to decide. Sounds like it may be made mandatory for footballers in Germany soon enough though. Thanks to retards like Kimmich. And then this is all a moot point.

Anyways. Boohoo, Kimmich. It’s fine for him to refuse. He can now deal with the consequences of that refusal. Just like Kyrie Irving.

He doesn't play because he rather not be vaccinated and take extra weeks on the sideline.

So much for representing his employee. :lol3:

Oh no, loss of trust who would've thought their actions would have consequenses.

And who would have thought Bayern wouldn't pay them.

Poor players. :depressed:

Bayern won't be able to replace Kimmich. He's a bitch, but he's good. Same with Gnabry. They won't have a problem finding a club, but Bayern will have a problem replacing them.
Gnabry is good but he ain’t replaceable.

Kimmich is hard to replace, but we recovered from losing Kahn, Ribery, Robben, Lahm, Schweini and other club legends.

We’ll be fine.
