does clear the caching mean, delete the cookies?

I deleted them and I'm still having the same problem. I actually did upload both pictures in separate posts but I still only see one in each browser

No it doesn't. Cookies is something totally different.

Can't tell you how to clear the cache in Netscape cause I don't have it installed here.

To clear the cache in Netscape, open up your Netscape browser. Then, go to Edit -> Preferences. On the left-hand side (Category), click on "Advanced", then click "Cache". You can see 2 buttons (clear memory cahce & clear disk cache)

In the bottom of every such message, you've got: unsubscribe from this thread, and below: unsubscribe from all threads.
Follow that (those) links and unsubscribe thread or threads, if you want to unsubscibe from all.

And another: go to your profile, to Edit Option, and set up this thing:
Use 'Email Notification' by default?
Using this option emails you whenever someone replies to a thread that you have participated in.

as NO.

At least you wont get new mails.

i moved it to yes and then back to No and confirmed...but it's weird that it was on No and the e mailes were still sent........
