Alot of football clubs and coaches are data driven, use it as aid to get head start on others, but never read anyone thats as zealot about it as Comolli. His approach is so 100% data driven they don't even watch/scout players in person, and are so hands on data focused on all aspects, to the point specifically points out their data is supposed to over ride the coach's mandate.


How many coaches will be remotely close to accept that? Management telling you how to coach, use players?
