''swaps'' are not illegal...plusvalenza are not illegal

so if you accuse our board of doing those, we must accuse others too.
Of course but dont think Casadei is that case, also I'm accusing our board for being reckless when it comes to finances, when they knew we are hated by half of the country and they are waiting for any reason to punish us. They didn't stop for a second even when Covid hit us. We are yet to see if they were really that stupid to do something illegal, but every thing points to this.

Yeah it now seems that Marotta was the only sane person there.
Doesn’t necessarily mean it was the wrong decision to move him on…more so the act simultaneously turned around our insipid mortal enemies whilst gambling the estate on a con man.

He was incompetent and made stupid deals. He didnt break the law though. If you can find any ifrs that Juve broke in those deals, post it. Revenue recognition? No. Long term asset recognition and its disposal? No. Just your opinions of what you think is shady but in normal courts that doesnt stick. Infact it never reaches the court.
If this never reaches the civil court, on behalf of the stakeholders or of the entity responsible for regulation rules, I will assume you're right.

But its commonsense ffs. The risk was there and they should have acknowleged this. Chievo was already investigated for this.

Even if it isn't plainly illegal, the plusvalenza deals were reckless and exposed the club.

We havent been investigated by Consob for plusvslenza deals, the main regulatory body for plc in Italy. This should tell you enough. If Coni doesnt revoke this and we go to civil courts, I cant see how this sentence would stick. I hope this time we go until the last instance until we clear our name.

we made some stupid deals for sure but we should be punished by firing who made these deals.

Then sue the FIGC and this time they have to pay for the damage they caused.

Ffs what you think is common sense doesnt matter and shouldnt matter in court. There are laws and regulations which we were compliant with. We have auditors that put a stamp on our yearly reports. We had a market to sell/swap those players and everything was done by the book. Did we make a fake invoice? Or sold a fictional player? No. That would be cooking the books.

It’s a sad place where accounts are the main topic of a social past time that’s often normally at its most exciting - deadline time.

Yep, I'm not so sure on that.

for the prisma case they better check ALL clubs and find all their, players and bank documents to prove shit went down.
The problem is that we are listed in stock exchange, we will always be controlled stronger than any other club, mgmt should also be aware of it. If we weren't listed I doubt there would even be that case.
