It took them 10 days to come up with those reasons

The best they could come up with is, “Juventus acted in an immoral way but didn’t actually break an exisiting law, but they still deserved to be punished anyway” - and the worst part of it all is, this is Italy and the appeal court will reject our claim

Burn the league to the ground.

Consob is not only acting on the salary stuff. It is the main problem, but they also look at the plusvalenze shit.

If you don't wanna look it up, it's up to you.
They will look at everything when they are investigating but the only thing that could be an issue are salaries. However, that could lead to financial fine. Consob unlike football courts will need to present some evidence, not feelings.

Prisma is about the covid no pay for 4 months right?

if we paid them under the table they'll have to prove that with written legal papers, no whatsapp, ruled sheets, oral contract. Let's see if they find them.
Shouldn't be too hard.
They just need at least 2 players to squeel.
My understanding is that MDS is one of them

Let's see if they will consider the tapes.

Anyway, I realise the club is more in trouble than I thought initially. Relegation is a real, real threat, due to wages scandal.

I mean, how can people dispute the fact that this shitstorm was initially self inflicted? Actually, I think even the alledged evidence in the plusvalenza case was obtained from the salaries case.

Pavel Nedved in conjunction with the other board of directors approved falsified quarterly financial statements between 2019-2021. His charges are identical to that of Arrivabene
