Denial in this fashion:

Juventus is an over 100 year old institution whose journey is irrevocably intertwined with the Italian nation. The tradition and integrity of this club are the envy of all Italy. This very envy turned villainous, and already tried and failed to tarnish the immaculate pedigree of Juventus in the ignominious masquerade that was Calciopoli, where the club was fully exonerated in both the court of law and on the pitch with a record 9 consecutive scudetti. As we stand once again to face another attack from the wretched envious curmudgeons in FIGC, we would like to let all our adversaries know that unlike before, this time we shall explore all the ways to rain legal brimstone and fire on all those who try to calumniate and destroy our name and reputation. This promise is as true and unambiguous as the black and white on our storied jersey. No quarter.
Strong words , but JJ(on and off the pitch) is weak

There is no specific demonstrative evidence to effectively support the accusation against the companies Sampdoria, Pro Vercelli, Genoa, Parma, Pisa, Empoli, Novara and Pescara. The documentation of the Turin prosecutor's office does not directly involve these companies"

Rovella is mentioned as a suspicious deal in the report, and we're all talking about him being our DM for the next 10 years. They just add whatever transfers in they want and say it's dodgy
maressa and adamoli were sold for 500k and those transfers are investigated

that's wicked, imagine what the poor fuckers were thinking when they learned that their valuation was considered excessive by the figc prosecutor :baus:

Mark u bring that argument but what was the plusvalenza swap here? The Lukaku loan? Besides the fact that Casadei was one of the biggest stars of whole primavera competitions netting 14goals and 4 assist as a mezzala. Inter won whole competition with Casadei scoring in the final, he was really seen as a big star in the making. Dunno if 20 m player already, but let's not forget how Chelsea are spending their money.
Casadei who according to transfermarkt that figc approved website is worth 1 mill and moving to a 2nd div team

I still can't believe that Exor hasn't spent the money making a proper documentary about Calciopoli giving account of our side of the story as well as everything which came to light in subsequent trials. That awful thing on Neflix dressed Moggi up as a mafia don while completely failing to mention the influence of Morratti and Berlusconi.

Bring out a fucking movie and put it on youtube.

Fictitious capital gains can be made as long as you don't talk about them on the phone and don't write them on slips of paper, which will then become black books in the legal narrative. This is, in a nutshell, the substance of the motivations (@guido_vaciago)

Kangaroo court judiciary.

Chievo said later in a statement they were “amazed and disappointed by the outcome” and would be appealing.

“We firmly believe, now more than ever, that the club has always acted with fairness and transparency, and the investigations by the prosecutor were not carried out properly.

“We will therefore appeal, confident that the sporting justice will eventually recognise our reasoning.”
