U guys are all laughing at the ones making some sense, but hold your laughs until the Prisma case ends. This 15 point deduction is bullshit done by an amateurs from FIGC, the real problem is Prisma, which is a criminal case and we are accused of cooking books there.
The plusvalenza shouldnt happen because this is how football clubs budgets are constructed and there will be always some abuse, but the reports how the salaries during covid were handed are the real problem and we will probably be punished for what these few clowns done. And UEfa is really waiting for the outcome of that case too, this plusvalenza is just bullshit.

Opinion, baseless bias.

Yeah it now seems that Marotta was the only sane person there.

When you make an sportive operation with the sole or main intent to manipulate your accounting, this means a diversion of purpose, I believe. The accounting should reflect true operations, otherwise you are artificially manipulating it. Of course this is an important infraction for any public company. Are you nuts? This shouldn't even be a discussion.

The gap is the correlation between this and the sportive punishment, and how they "measured" the punishment inflicted.

And also the fact that, as others said, Inter did it a lot.

I'm not saying FIGC isn't deliberately fucking the club. I'm saying that Agnelli & co exposed the club when they ran the risk.

Do you honestly believe the whole board, including the president, would resign altogether if they didn't do some serious shit?

Stop being on denial. Management set themselves for this - and this is not mutually exclusive to the fact that FICG took advantage of the opportunity and arbitrarily fucked us in the ass.

Let's see if the Institution that regulates the open capital companies in the stockchange will do something about it. Should be a good measure of the existence of fraud or not.

Prisma is about the covid no pay for 4 months right?

if we paid them under the table they'll have to prove that with written legal papers, no whatsapp, ruled sheets, oral contract. Let's see if they find them.

Even a cow could understand Paratici was reckless on those transfers and they exposed the club.

I guess.
He was incompetent and made stupid deals. He didnt break the law though. If you can find any ifrs that Juve broke in those deals, post it. Revenue recognition? No. Long term asset recognition and its disposal? No. Just your opinions of what you think is shady but in normal courts that doesnt stick. Infact it never reaches the court.

same Marotta who made the Casadei deal.
Mark u bring that argument but what was the plusvalenza swap here? The Lukaku loan? Besides the fact that Casadei was one of the biggest stars of whole primavera competitions netting 14goals and 4 assist as a mezzala. Inter won whole competition with Casadei scoring in the final, he was really seen as a big star in the making. Dunno if 20 m player already, but let's not forget how Chelsea are spending their money.

''swaps'' are not illegal...plusvalenza are not illegal

so if you accuse our board of doing those, we must accuse others too.
