Me speaking to an English lawyer:

- although subjective, harsh sentences have to be in line with everyone else ie, those who are accused of the same crime get the full force or we can appeal for a reduction
- you cannot make an example of Juve if you don't follow up everywhere else so Osihmen transfer needs to be investigated with the same scrutiny, punishment has to mirror Juve
- everyone dealing with Juve have to be investigated, yes you Barcelona
- loss of value of Juve because of these punishments should be contested because if like Calciopoli we suffer huge income loss, we should try and counter sue for the difference
- if clubs like Man City still play CL, we should do as well
- his opinion that we have timid management and owners, other clubs or businesses crush these cases and there is a fear factor for prosecution to be 100% sure before starting the process

But look at the punishment difference if this is not vendetta then what is?
Notice the difference:

Parma 3 months of unpaid wages = 4pt deduction

Inter 6 months of unpaid wages = NOTHING

Chievo falsifying accounts / plusvalenza = recommended 15pt deduction, ends up at 3pts and €178,000 fine

Juve falsifying = recommended 9pt, ends up at 15pts

Someone said that if you to Tar against the rules aka normal justice Serie A should stop till the end of the process or something
