Me speaking to an English lawyer:
- yes @singus, crimes should not go unpunished but the punishments are not balanced
- although subjective, harsh sentences have to be in line with everyone else ie, those who are accused of the same crime get the full force or we can appeal for a reduction
- you cannot make an example of Juve if you don't follow up everywhere else so Osihmen transfer needs to be investigated with the same scrutiny, punishment has to mirror Juve
- everyone dealing with Juve have to be investigated, yes you Barcelona
- loss of value of Juve because of these punishments should be contested because if like Calciopoli we suffer huge income loss, we should try and counter sue for the difference
- if clubs like Man City still play CL, we should do as well
- his opinion that we have timid management and owners, other clubs or businesses crush these cases and there is a fear factor for prosecution to be 100% sure before starting the process

Giorgetti italian minister of something said that basically there are no rules about plusvalenze and that THEY SHOULD BE DISCUSSED.
How can there be a system about something totally legal?
But look at the punishment difference if this is not vendetta then what is?
Notice the difference:

Parma 3 months of unpaid wages = 4pt deduction

Inter 6 months of unpaid wages = NOTHING

Chievo falsifying accounts / plusvalenza = recommended 15pt deduction, ends up at 3pts and €178,000 fine

Juve falsifying = recommended 9pt, ends up at 15pts

That's why demotion won't happen but they'll try to punish hard enough to miss out on CL. Ideally for more than one season together with UEFA.

That's why making a deal with UEFA would be important but I'm not sure whether the new board with Johnny can do it. Limiting the damages should be top priority, otherwise it's pointless to pump money into this farce of a system.
If you are using Same concept

Why relegate us for TV deals?
Then why block us from CL if we probably will improve serie a coefficient

I dont think they care...
They are probably more concerned of having Juve as the Bayern of Serie A

The FIGC prosecutor's office has asked for a 40-day extension for the investigation into the salary maneuver involving Juventus to gather more evidence .

I hope we drag this out till september and get all Italian teams barred from UEFA competitions.

Except I wouldn't be surprised if now UEFA won't stick to that as in 2006 just to fuck us

There are so many holes in case it’s laughable, this is very winable for us, if we don’t I will blame management for not pushing too hard. Take it to Tar, stop the league, do whatever. Then after that they should take the FIGC to court for slander.

you’ll make a statement that we aren’t to be fucked with. If you allow this to happen this shit will come back every decade.

I don't see how we can stop Serie A. If we refuse to play the game is forfeit

But I agree with the sentiment
Someone said that if you to Tar against the rules aka normal justice Serie A should stop till the end of the process or something
prove me wrong cause I'm not sure it's true
