There is correspondence between the FIGC Attorney & Covisoc which dates back to 14 April 2021 and which has never been made available to Juventus and other clubs on trial. Because? It could change the time limits of the investigation by invalidating almost all the documents. [TS]

Imagine following all these "news" (bored journalists and VS and Twitter fanatics) and victimizing ourselves and calling everyone else frauds

If we are not clean (obviosly we are not), we must take the punishment and purge our club for once. It doenst matter too much that others also did something. Who are we defending here ? What is Juventus nowadays? Its a bunch of random incompetent people and mercenaries who dont give a shit, and only a few likeable players are left.

Lets see it play out before crying about unfair treatment and huge conspiracies and taking down Italian football :lol2:, its not like a lot of dirt hasnt already been found.
Dude, you are overdoing it now..

Juve's average capital gains/turnover ratio between 2016 & 2020 : 25,5%.
Serie A's average capital gains/turnover ratio between 16 & 20 : 23,09%.
Everything is before our eyes.

In 10 years, "player trading" at Juventus is approximately 700 million, 17% of turnover (4.5 billion). In individual years it has never gone beyond 30%, far from the threshold of 40%. Other clubs have made capital gains of over 40-50, in one case even 90% [@mirkonicolino)

Do the lega realise that if they really crack down on inflated capital gains through player trading they will kill all the mid to lower table clubs more so than the top ones?

if they really bring Juventus to Serie B with Tv deals incoming soon (2024-2027) they're crazy and cracking their own nuts giving that Sky,Dazn and whoever will lowball them
That's why demotion won't happen but they'll try to punish hard enough to miss out on CL. Ideally for more than one season together with UEFA.

That's why making a deal with UEFA would be important but I'm not sure whether the new board with Johnny can do it. Limiting the damages should be top priority, otherwise it's pointless to pump money into this farce of a system.

Do they care ? This is not La Liga or Bundesliga this is Italy where kangaroo judiciary court is established and Italian football is still twenty thirty years back in development and reform. Our winning cycle was too much for them so from Italian citizenship case and other cases they only want to destroy juve.

Eguelfi 17/18 bought from Inter for 6m again always loaned out till end of contract.
Same year they bought Bastoni a kid with no experience or Serie A time for 31m and Gagliardini for 20m
so 50m for 2 players could explain why for years they bought kids from Inter for high fees without ever staying in Bergamo

The problem is in Italy there is a serious jelousy and hatred for Juventus and the people in charge are old geriatric fucks who just wanna see us burn before they die they don't give a fuck about the future because they won't have one.
