Out of favour Juventus midfielder Manuele Blasi will be a Monaco player within the next few days, according to his agent Davide Lippi.

The 26-year-old midfielder has been on the lookout for a new club all summer, as new boss Claudio Ranieri clearly does not rate him any higher than Didier Deschamps did, who sent him out on loan to Fiorentina last season.

Genoa had been in the frame but could not meet his salary demands, which should not be an issue for the French municipality club.

"Manuele is very close to signing with Monaco,” confirmed agent Davide Lippi. “His intention was always to play regularly and now he has found a team where he will be able to.

"The signature will not arrive today, also because currently we are not in France. But in the next few days, yes, as the offer remains concrete."

Blasi Undecided Between Monaco And Napoli

The Juventus midfielder is not part of Ranieri's plans, but has not yet decided his future despite attracting the interest of many clubs.

Manuele Blasi has less than three weeks to find a new team as the former Fiorentina player has no future at Juventus.

The midfielder is wanted by some clubs both in Italy and abroad, with Napoli and Monaco leading the chase for the Italian player. However, according to the latest speculation, Blasi has not yet decided in which team he will be playing next season.

On Monday the Juventus player will be in Monaco to discuss a possible loan transfer with the French club, but Blasi would prefer to remain in Italy.

For this reason, Napoli are seriously taking into consideration the idea of signing Blasi on a co-ownership deal, a solution which would please the Old Lady.

Still, Blasi is not certain yet on the idea of playing for the Azzurri, but a final decision will most likely be taken following the meeting with Monaco.

what's up with the managers??!! those players were playing in the serie B why they dont keep them ?? how can Chiellini go away!!!!!!!!!!
First of all, Giorgio isn't going anywhere. Besides, I would rather see us sell the players that haven't got the ability to play for Juve and win, than see us slump in the middle of Serie A.

But it's a matter of taste, of course.
