Lost out on one goal in 85 min. I hope Almeria relegate, Disgusting defending.

Could have won 520 euros on 2 euros

I had:

Ajaccio 1-1 Bordeaux X

Sassuolo 1-1 Cagliari X

Bayern 0-3 Dortmund Dortmund win

Real Madrid 4-0 Almeria Under 3.5 goals

i used to bet every WC/EURO on Italy and Germany. im not betting anymore, but i might make a few bets just for the WC. Muller top scorer (again), maybe Cavani/Aguero, then Algeria, Chile, Bosnia, Croatia and Ghana to pass the group.

winner Germany, Italy, Colombia or Uruguay

What bets you lids gonna make?

I'm thinking of betting on Italy & Germany as outright winners, and Immobile as top scorer.
i was thinking Immobile for top goalscorer at 50/1 its excellent odds, but i feel prandelli will play balotelli over him to begin with at least. I went with Fred at 20/1 considering he was joint top at the confederations cup last season and Brazil's only natural centre forward again i think there is good value there

I don't like those safe bets :p However, Colombia or Uruguay to win are impossibru imo.

Fred is a sensible one. I think Prandelli won't ignore Immobile's form, and even so, it's 61/1 on bet365 :shocked2:

I don't think Prandelli should ignore Immobile's form neither, but it's hard to see him play both Balotelli and Immobile, whilst Immobile may be on form, Balotelli has the experience of international tournaments

Julio Cesar to win golden glove at 4/1 looks decent, Brazil's defence is physically strong and for once quite decent, there is also value in casillas at 6/1

what are Buffon, Curtois, Begovic and Akinfeev? (im not sure if hes the starter for Russia)

and how is the golden glove awarded? is it goals per game or do you have to play a specific number of games to be in the competition, because some will have more games than others?

Buffon 10/1, Courtois 9/1, Begovic 66/1, akinfeev 40/1

I think it is subject to highest number of matches played relative to the number of clean sheets made, say if Goalkeeper A plays 5 matches and keeps only 2 clean sheets, and goalkeeper B plays 3 matches and keeps 3 cleansheets, i think Goalkeeper A would be seen in more favourable light as he played 2 extra matches, but tbh i haven't read the rules on it, but it makes sense to me

I think it will be awarded to the goalkeeper with the highest number of clean sheets, and if two or more keepers have the same amount of clean sheets, it would go to the one who has played most minutes

it would be more logical to give it to the one with less minutes then. its harder to get 3 clean sheets in 3 games, than in 5,6,7 i think... or it would go to the one with least goals conceeded if 2-3 are tied in clean sheets..
