No way he will move for something less than 40 mil after Porto paid 20 mil for him and he's shining there.
Wont be easy, but we need him more then we do Brahimi. Very complete and exceptional midfielder based on latest impression. He will be costly, but might be worth it. Inter will feel like morons when they realize how big he will become in his position.

Enough of these kind of mids.
Pogba, Lemina, Imbula. You can argue how completely different they are.
in fact they are quiet similar, more so in terms of personality.
it's better to have a shot on someone like Cabaye.

cabaye is better than hernanes, at least he can run a bit, he just wasted his prime years riding a bench at psg, it was a wrong move by him

all i wanted to say is that each club has certain type of players to fit better or worse
imbula won't fit us
for example giving pogba number10 was ridiculous, it belongs to a different type of player
look, he can't even play properly with that number on his back!

Remember the last day of the mercato when we were linked with a Croatian kid. Anyone remember his name?

Cabaye isn't good enough for our club.
We could use some lost talents in the squad. The likes of BenArfa, M'villa, Kramaric and Taarabt. They'd contribute more to our than some of these players we have here and would be cheap.

This squad needs a regista kind of CM that has world class potential to play vice marchisio so that we never find our midfield chaotic this way again. This should be first priority. Without a distributor the whole team is screwed regardless. This is so important that I think it must be addressed this winter. Overpaying for a youngster (or an old fart like alonso to fill the gap) cannot and should not wait. All the other targets can wait until the summer. I am having in mind someone like Tielemans or whatever his name is if he has that skills set. Over pay for him and get him in the winter.

Second priority would be either (A) a fully established world class SS to start ahead of Dybala (as to fully replace Tevez) or (B) a world class established AM that can make up the difference in quality between Tevez and Dybala. Eitherway we have to spend big there on guaranteed quality. In an ideal world we'd get WC players in both locations but we are not that rich. I am thinking of Benzema or someone of that age group for the SS position or Ozil, Isco, Mata and the likes for the AM.

Third priority is to get a RB.

We may get a benefit next year if the Wenger era finally comes to an end. I think Alexis and Ozil may leave, maybe not both or one of them to us, but they may free up a player that we could poach. I don't see Özil returning to spain, with Barcelona most probably getting one of Pogba (hope not) or Gundogan, and the final inclusion of Arda. Madrid is stacked at Midfield, with a lot of young talent.

Maybe he will go to Bayern, and that would free Götze, or if he goes to PSG, he would allow Pastore to move on. Of course all of this is hypotetical, but you get the idea.

Of course, another possible target I could see moving on next summer, would be Coutinho. There could be really good opportunities that we could get advantage of.

1) Yann M'villa
2) kramaric
3) We already have Cuadrado

Apart from a rightback, i'm not seeing a single position where we can realistically upgrade considering talent and potential.

But we could do with winger depth
