Thanks! Marotta said in an interview that Saponara is a fantastic player and he can be the future of Italian football. He said openly that he adimre Saponara a lot and he is ready for a step to a better club. So you're right about 'Marotta type of signing'.

Nailed it

Balon d'or shortlist?
probably. hes keeping Empoli in battle for the EL places, a team that was in Serie B 2 seasons ago and with a revenue of what, under 100M? and that all by himself. they lost their coach and a few important starters in the summer yet they are doing better than last season while Saponaras performances have also improved. coincidence? i dont think so

Definitely not a coincidence. Notice how crafty he is in possession, slick mofo, can make that killer pass and is capable to dribble past few players, but never really gets himself into a tight spot like Isco. He perfectly well knows when to dribble and exploit the space behind, when to pass, one-twos with Maccarone. Mesmerizing. Dat assist for Zielinski against Milan :tuttosport:

Juve, Marotta: "Saponara?

No, non c’è nessun problema.

Little summary (31 January 2016):
"For the future Saponara is the right name? It 'a great player, but the weight of mesh as that of Juve is important,"

"Saponara will be at a great club but Milan two years ago decided to give it back in the province: the maturation of a young man is a very important although I Saponara a heritage of Italian football," said the talented Italian.

Did it with google translate, so it could be bad translated :p
