Fitness is a stupid choice of word from my side. I meant gym.
You got the body and fitness people, alot of bodybuilders, and they are all like "if you dont do it 100% you are worthless". If you want to help someone from food, they'll radicalise it entirely because "there is no middle ground". A bit like femnazi's, vegans and general tumblr people.
There are also recreative sporters and strenght athletes, who'll support anyone who'll do "something" and encourage you to do more. You want to get bigger ? start by adding 50grams of protein. better carbs ? start by replacing a bit with slower carbs. We understand and respect that not everyone is gonna go all balls out on this.

And its the people with the "100% or fucking peasantshit" and the irritating motivational douche quotes and the million selfies, that give working out or training, a bad name.
