I have few questions for the current smokers....mostly the ones between the age of 16 to 22.
- Did you start smoking to look cool?
Not really, but it was that time of just hitting puberty so objectively speaking, it probably did have a role in it even though at the time I didn't see it that way.
- Do you consider yourself older when you smoke?
Definetly, not. A lifetime supply of Fidel's finest couldn't make my baby-face look any older.
For the smokers in general doesn't matter what age....
- Is It true If you're mad/angry not in a good mood/ in a stress and that If you smoke you'll feel better and calmer?
That never happened to me, smoking doesn't change my mood at all.
- When you say you want to quit, do you return back to the cig because you're addicted to it or because you got used to it??? There's a diff being addicted and getting used to something.
I was definetly used to it, I don't think I'm addicted. For example, I don't smoke when I'm at home and if I don't go out for 2,3 days I won't light a cigarette at all. I had a hiatus from smoking which lasted 2 years and I got back to it for a variety of reasons, it wasn't because I was addicted.
IMO, I don't believe those who claim that they're addicted and they can't leave it, I believe they have a weak personality and they just can't take choices.
I think personality has jack shit to do with it, only makes the non-smokers feel great about themselves. (no offense here)
Some people like to smoke, get over it. If they say they wanna quit but can't, they're just saying it for the sake of it, everyone can quit.
