Conte should go back to being Italy manager.

Mediocre selection of players but enough of them that are tactically intelligent, disciplined and will work hard for him which is what he really wants. His man management and motivational skills also seemed to work well at Euro 2016

Onda Cero is the source.

He'll turn them around for a couple of seasons, then it'll crash and burn maybe faster than anywhere else. I don't think the two are compatible for any period of time, but he's the best man to pick to turn around a shitshow.

Comparing Conte with Mourinho...

Half the Juventini not knowing Conte is one of those tragic popular opinions in footy.

Along the lines of people thinking Modric deserves Ballon d'Or and the other awards, Real being fav for CL this season, and one of the all time top 5 greats leaving won't be affecting that team.

Played four different formations in his first season with us alone.

Two or three different ones with Chelsea. Ditto with Italy before settling with Juve's defense, that Italy's core strength.

But he only plays one formation lol.

He picks formation based on the players he has. Only rigidity is a lot of movements and preemptive decisions are from the training ground (similar to Sarri cept Sarri's play is less direct and more attacking), but that's not a negative. It raises the level of lesser players.
