People don't hate him because he left us you mental midget.

People hate him for THE TIMING of his departure. Basically 2 days before pre-season started.

People hate him because he left us to coach the Italian NT, working for the same guys who wanted to destroy his career and we went far in defending him and his name.

People hate him because he's full of it while he never showed anything in Europe, not taking away from his accomplishment in our rise in Serie A.

People hate him because HE has the small team mentality you're trying in labeling others with on his interviews with the media, trying to justify his failures in CL and EL. Allegri managed to get to a CL final with almost the same team.

You and logic... Now don't go deleting any posts.
 Spot on. Post is as good as it gets Coming from a Glory hunter.

As usual, you bring Allegri into the argument when he has nothing to do with it :D Another testament to your great skills in debating an issue like a grown man. Bonucci, your master, would slap you around if he knew you hate the man responsible for starting everything good in his career.

And Conte having small team mentality? What a freaking tool you are becoming.

Allegri not justifying his failures. Riiiight. The same guy who wouldn't shut his yapper about "il gol di muntari" and kept bitcihin about it a whole fvckin season, whenever he was interviewed, and then some, when the season was done and dusted, all the way up until he was appointed at Juve.
It's funny how these internet trolls are as selective as it gets in remembering whatever serves their poor sick agenda. :lol2:

It's very telling that most of those who hate on Conte and/or have that small team mentality in holding grudges against former successful figures who served the club greatly, joined the forums post-2014.

Glory hunters who are originally Inter or Milan fans? Very likely.
that is plain ridiculous shit.

So

1) timing
2) patriotic put his difference aside
3) underachieved in europe

Right? Hate is a strong word my friend. You can't hate for underachievement especially a legend. Even ferrara underachieved with us.

Patriotic? Nothing wrong with that. Lippi went to manage inter milan. I know not the same but what I'm getting at is you can go and manage at a dick of a place, nothing wrong with it providing he doesn't say anti juve statements.

Timing I can give.. but not for hate as that's too strong. You can dislike for that, it was an awful time and it was gonna really set us back a few years so yeah I'm not pleased but all in all I still love the guy.

This is my opinion. Each to their own but if these are the reasons behind hating Conte then I'm not convinced. I would like to hear more reasons, maybe I can be swayed.

yeah right. Simeone is "using" the team his management is putting him together for all that money, which is great btw.

Oblak
Juanfran Gimenez Godin Luis
Koke Gabi Saul Carrasco
Griezmann Torres

Savic, Tiago, Fernandez, Partley, Oliver Torres, Correa, Vietto

this is a mix of experienced players that play there for years, some of the best players in the world on their position, very good sub players and some of the most talented young players around. going by names only this is one of the best teams in the world, and ofcourse it takes good coaching to take any team far in a competition, but this is certainly no miracle as you try to present it.

the 2014 team was also great

Courtois
Juanfran Miranda Godin Luis
Turan Gabi R.Garcia Koke
Costa Villa

Gimenez, Alderweireld, Insua, Mario Suarez, Tiago, Diego, C. Rodriguez, Oliver Torres, Adrian

and before that he got Falcao... kudos to Atletico management for putting up such teams together
Apart from maybe Godin, they don't have a single player that would start for Madrid or Barcelona. If you can't see the gap between ATM's squad and Juve's let alone between them and Madrid, Barca and Bayern then I really can't help you. This is not a squad that should compete with Madrid and Barca in La Liga and the CL. This squad is much worse than ours and no one expects us to do what they are doing in the CL. You want to keep Allegri as the highest overachiever in the world. I understand that sentiment.

Atletico rise and ridicolous strength is mainly about Simeones coaching and rigorous organization. Saying otherwise and putting it to the individual qualities is ridiculous.

"maybe Godin"

Oblak, Godin, Koke, Luis (Barca), and Griezmann (Madrid) would all start. the main difference between them is Ronaldo and MSN, but otherwise the squads are pretty equal with slight advantages on some positions, which is shown in trophies won last 3 seasons

That is true, very capable scouting / deals and rely very well on their youth system. But if Simeone isn't there non of this would matter much. He is the reason they are so successful, it's that simple.
