every team that has won the Champions League the last 10 years except for Real can do like Conte did and point to Real Madrid's revenues as an excuse whenever they don't win.
Teams like Malmö and Anderlecht can use revenue differences as a legit reason to why they can't compete but a top 10 wealthy club like Juventus has no right to do so.
And except for mega teams like Real, Barca, United and Bayern. We're in the same ballpark as the rest of them when it comes to revenues.

I'm not saying Conte should have repeated it each time, but he does have a good point.
Juventus is very far behind on revenue compared to teams like real, barcelona, united and bayern, aswel as the financial power to oil funded teams such as mancity and psg.
We are in no position to do big transfers, not even close.
Teams you mentionned can pull a 40mil signing without breaking a sweat. Thats an entirely different game.
Teams like dortmund and athletico are shit most of the time, and sometimes have a good generation that peaks, before its all sold again. Athletico is keeping pace cause they got lucky with strikers 3 times in a row, wich is insane lucky.
If you want to be a sustainable team that competes everywere every year, then revenue means quite a bit.
It means we cant expect to just be better cause of magic. We must work towards getting good CL runs going, but obviously richer teams got an advantage.
Current season is young, we must expect to go past group stage or into QF even, but we can dream and hope to go all the way
