Terrible decisions today. Pulling Asmoah out for Gio while Bonucci who evidently can't play in back 4 stayed and got exposed on more then a few occasions, then letting Marchisio to stay after abysmal 1st half where he yet again failed to show up, indirectly contributed in today's humiliation and could have been even worse.

As for the the game itself Fiorentina tried to play our game, basically 352 vs 3511 in the 1st half but they weren't as efective and at times struggled at the back. In the 2nd half with Joaquin's inclusion they changed formation and started playing their game. We simply couldn't find an answer for their attacking trident Cuadrado-Rossi-Joaquin. Well deserved loss and hopefully some lessons learned. This formation is obsolete.

Marchisio had nothing to do with the goals okay. It was the teams fault i dont see how you can simply blame asa and marchisio. Asa did contribute to their goals but marchisio played a decent game far from terrible. Once again you are just blinded by your hate for him. I do agree with the formation though and the subs

wait a minute is it Conte who has limits or is it other factors such as Finance and certain inabilities of Marotta that is causing those limits? because as far as i remember Conte asked for a winger in the summer and marotta failed to produce one for whatever reason be it for financial restrictions etc...

His stubborn nature and refusal to adapt can be infuriating at times. If he isn't happy, or the board aren't providing him with what he wants, then either he or someone else has to go. Moreover, if a negative environment really does exist (we don't know and I am not going to speculate) then something needs to be done as it is to the detriment of the team if nothing is.

Judging by Conte's response in subbing in Motta when things went sour, I'm not too confident his response for the season will be any better.
