that the intent of the declaration is to leverage transfers and wage increase, plus isnt he the highest paid serie a coach already?
I think he can push the management into making better signings. They'll know he demands more, and could leave if he doesn't get it.

He is the best paid manager, but I read in Gazzetta back in November that he could get an extension again.

Cant see him stating more than 2 extra years with us, he seems like an ambitipus coach who wants to win in different leagues before taking charge of the NT.
He is ambitious, but he is first and foremost a Juventino. He has everything going for him here, don't think he will leave within the next five years.

Chill guys, Conte played for 13 years in Juve shirt, 5 of them as the capitano. There's should be a real bond between Conte and Juve

Second, if u see his track record, Conte spent his entire playing career and coaching career in Italy! I assumed either he really love pasta and pizza or he can't speak other languages pretty well, u decide. For me, I tend to believe the later reason is more reasonable.

In addition, being in the position he is now, which is well supported by the board, respected/feared by most of his players, and 100% supported and loved by Juve fans all over the world is rarely exist if he move to manage any other clubs. If I were him, being Sir Alex Ferguson of Juve is my wish and if one day Conte and Juve will be part ways, it's because he feels his not good enough anymore for Juve or the board decide to sack him because of continuous down form which I hope will never happen.

Last but not least is I think Conte just trying to answer the questions from the reporter regarding the recent link of Chelsea and ?Madrid? interest in him as a manager next season by being respectful saying it's his ambition to manage a team abroad coz u'll never know what might happen in the future.

I predicted Conte will continue as a Juve manager for at least a decade, as long as he is backed by the board, players and supporters

He is still young (for a coach). I can imagine he will stay for more than just two years, when he is successful.

Personally I think he won't last here more than 2-3 seasons max Said that last season. The guy clearly is ambition and he wants to achieve alot in his career and frankly he deserve that.

Unless, by "achieve alot", you mean $$money$$ then I stand corrected.

Exactly. He is 43 years old, he has a lot of time to win abroad.

People are acting like he is a dying man.
I am not worried about motivation, his love for the club and the potential he has at his hands but I am worried about the FIGC staying on his ass as long as he is leading Juve.
