Made enquiries as to why Antonio Conte's ban wasn't reduced despite rejected evidence, here's what I know #JuveNews

1) The charges relating to Siena-Novara were dropped but the two sentences were running concurrently meaning he would need to be acquitted of both in order to see a change

2) Juve's legal team was able to prove Angelo Alessio had less chance of knowing what was unfolding & as such he has seen a reduction in his ban

3) Conte DID NOT solely chase a full acquittal, he - like Alessio - was also seeking a reduction due to the possibility of knowing a fix was being attempting being far more remote than the original trial believed.

4) Juve's legal team are far more confident of seeing TNAs reduce the suspensions as they are a completely independent body with no ties to FIGC or Pallazzi, meaning that by overturning a judgement they would not be undermining their own employees.

5) There is a remote possibility that Conte will see his ban suspended until the TNAs trial (to be heard in September) but Juve cautious of needing to restart it should the coach not be fully acquitted.

fuck that adam digby idiot, he thinks Juve cheated during calciopoli and now he believes there is no conspiracy to bring down Juventus with this current scandal, and tops it off by telling everyone that he is more of a Juventino than anyone who doesn't sit in the Curva every weekend

Told you guys. It was clear as water that they had an agenda against Juventus and Conte.

Our suprisingly good last season was just the beggining of what was coming. They are trying to stop us on our tracks... because now, with both milan clubs being shittier than ever and juventus rising like the phoenix...who you think would rule serie A for the upcoming years=?.

They knew that Conte is our main strenght... he is the one who shaked that loser mentality from us and borught back the real Juve. Logically they were not able to sleep thinking about another unbeaten Juve season....and they had to make a move. I imagine they got butthurt about the 3 star debate and wanted to show us who are the real mafia bosses in this league.

Man....i want Juventus to rape everyone so hard this season....... fucking corrupt pricks... unbeliavable.

Why does the appeal being unsuccessful mean there is an agenda?

Was any compelling new case made that was likely to cause people to change their opinion from the first hearing?

I said last night that I couldn't understand the number of people who were just assuming that a reduction in the ban would happen just because there was an appeal.

Ermmm, remember when Juve were set to start the season in Serie B with -30, but then had it lowered to -9 on appeal. Wouldnt it be a similar scenario to this, no?

Because Conte was cleared in relation to the Novara-Siena, but ban-time is still 10 month.
btw, Palazzi asked 9 month for Novara and 6 for Albinoleffe.
The sentences were running concurrently before, it seems.

Would you feel better if Conte had been banned for 20 months originally and it had been reduced to 10 months now due to being cleared of one count?

Unless you provide details of the arguments, you can't compare the situations.

If people were to actually look through all the appeals from the previous rounds of tribunals in calcioscommesse, they would see that it is far from automatic that appeals will be successful in any way.

Yeah, that's not going to happen, Red.

You and I both know they have an agenda & are out to harm Juve.
