they are on 160m/year total wages (compared to 100 for us, at the seasonstart, we are at less now) wich is kinda high considering the players they have. most just earn 25% to much (at least)
so when they hired an unproven coach, only normal they werent gonna trow high wages. In both quality and dept, he got by far the best team in the league, he got a chance to prove himself.
He won serie a, but had a terrible CL campaign.
This season wasent great, but he has plenty excuses. No dept trough injuries, strong juventus to compete against that is superior in every section apart from the frontline, doing fine in europe untill uefacelona unfairly eliminated them.
He is promising, but he hasent proven his payrise yet.
conte however, didnt got the massive selection. He got a selection that despite high potential had fallen down to heartless losers, and a few good signings. he transformed it into the concrete pressing block we are today, that shows determination and winnermentality and juve spirit. that leads the serie a and is in the coppa final despite having only 1 great forward under 36.
Conte did a massive job, and completely justified his payrise.
allegri has yet to raise eyes with his milan side, whilst conte never stopped the entire season
